structure interfering with light

designer & systems engineer

Every shimmer is structure interfering with light.

A raven’s feather holds no pigment. The color is in how the thing is made. I work the same way — the surface stays honest about the structure beneath it.

on partnership

Two paths, drawn separately — meeting, then continuing as one.

Stakeholder, designer, engineer — I’ve flown each line. The value isn’t in any single path. It’s the point where they converge, and the direction they hold after.

structure over pigment — color from how it’s made

how I work

Restraint is the material. Every accent earns its place.

01 / STRUCTURE

Color from how it’s made

Iridescence at the edge, the focus, the one word — never the flood. The gradient runs at 120° and stays quiet until it’s asked to move.

02 / DEPTH

Nothing floats

Elevation comes from inset and hairline, not drop-shadow theater. Panels sit in the plane. The seam catches the light; the box does not glow.

03 / CRAFT

Built, then verified

Written in CSS and HTML — no framework, no drag-and-drop. The motion is critically-damped: precise and alive, never a bounce, never a laser show.
